Students who have appeared for their SSLC or 10th Standard examinations under Tamilnadu government board are anxiously waiting for their results. Standard 10th examinations were conducted by Tamilnadu board for secondary education in period between 27 March 2013, to 12 April 2013. Students are expecting the results either by last week of May 2013 or first week of June 2013.

Process for checking the results
Entrants can check the official outcome of the examination by logging onto the official website. Official site that will display 10th standard upshots are www.tnresults.nic.in. Students will need to keep their hall tickets handy to facilitate quick checking of the results. Here is a step-by-step approach to know the official upshot towards grade 10th examination.
Log into www.nresults.nic.in
You will need to click on the link stating’ Class Tenth Examination result April 2013’
Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to another page.
On this page, you will need to select your stream (SSLC, OSLC, Anglo-Indian, and Matriculation) from dropdown given next to Examination tab.
After selecting the stream, it will ask you to fill your registration number. (refer to the hall ticket for registration number)
After entering your registration number, it will ask you for your date of birth. Enter it in dd/mm/yy format.
After entering the details click on the ‘get marks’ button
You will able to see your results.
